EVENT FORMAT
The Reception is a cocktail-party format featuring hors d'oeuvres and an open bar along with displays showcasing Allegany and Garrett County businesses and attractions. The Reception offers free-flowing interaction by Mountain Marylanders with State/Federal leadership and staff; discussion of past successful projects and pending new projects as well as discussion of current legislative hot topics. Over 650 people attend each year.
The Legislative Breakfast welcomes members of the Maryland General Assembly, local Delegation, key State representatives, County Commissioners, Foundation/Development Corporation, Chamber leadership and Mountain Maryland citizens. Its highlights include Al Feldstein as Master of Ceremonies; special Keynote Speaker; drawings for exciting Mountain Maryland products. Over 350 people attend each year.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
PACE warmly invites Corporate Sponsors. There are three levels of Corporate Sponsorship available. Corporate Sponsors are acknowledged in all press releases and receive recognition at the events.
- Gold - $1,000
- Silver - $500
- Bronze - $250
Along with the Corporate Sponsorships that are available is the PACE Partner. Every PACE Partner contributes $100 to help underwrite the event costs. Individuals, businesses and organizations are encouraged to become a PACE Partner.
DISPLAY OPPORTUNITIES
Businesses and other entities are invited to display at the PACE Reception and Legislative Breakfast. There are 16 display opportunities available on a first come - first served basis. The display fee is $750 and includes admission to both events for two individuals.
EVENT TICKETS
- One All Inclusive Ticket to attend both events
- Tickets sales end on January 16, 2008
- $115 per person if payment received on or before January 4, 2008
- $135 per person if payment received after January 5, 2008
